Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In case of an employee with extra hours in regular payroll which has a change in the payment of extra hours, it is generated a code C537 in the corrective. But as he doesn't have hour changes, H02 code is not generated.
It turns out that SILTRA says they have to work together, they can't work one without the other (error C9658).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

H02 code should be shown in XML Cret@ file for HRS COMPL.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add One Time (Positive Input) for an employee: HRS COMPL for a month
2. Run payroll for this month and finalize
3. Change Rate for HRS COMPL in One Time (Positive Input)
4. Calculate payroll for next month
5. Generate XML Cret@ File for this month (L03 should be shown for the employee).
