Issue:- Getting Error when View Approvals link is clicked on a PO which is in Open Status

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigator: Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs
2) Select an Open status PO
3) Click on View Approval link
4) Error occurs

Error:
First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member Name.
