When attempting to run the Mass Service Indicator Assign Job - ADXSRVC, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicators (Student) > Mass Assign.
2. Run process.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run this process and assign service indicators.
