Approval Via Email Error

Some of user(Approving Manager) are getting email with error below:
The system was unable to process your approval response.
During the processing of your approval response, an error was encountered. The specific error is listed below. Please contact your system administrator to investigate this issue.


Optimistic lock exception at %1. Please refresh the page try the same operation again. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager
2. Try to approve leave request at the time the EOAWEMC process is running
3. Observe the error generated in the email
