When running Transaction Management Process, students are not appearing in Maintain Applications due to a problem on the PS_PERS_NID record where the following fields have been hard coded with the information for USA.
Application Package SCC_SL_TRANSACTION.INTFC.NationalID - method setDefaultRow
%This.COUNTRY = "USA";
%This.NATIONAL_ID_TYPE = "PR";
%This.NATIONAL_ID = "XXXXXXXXX";
%This.SSN_KEY_FRA = " ";
%This.PRIMARY_NID = "Y";
%This.TAX_REF_ID_SGP = "N";
%This.LASTUPDOPRID = %UserId;
%This.LASTUPDDTTM = %Datetime;
GBR is defined in the system but the Peoplecode is defaulting to USA.
This is causing issues as ALL applicants are now being created with a USA National ID type which requires manual correction.
