Symptoms


The SSR_IAM_SYNC process is triggered when a change is made to the activity,but it errors:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Activity Management > Organize and Manage > Activity Manager.
2. Pull up the activity manager for a class and make a change to one of the activities. SSR_IAM_SYNC should run in the background.
3. Check Process Scheduler for SSR_IAM_SYNC process and it has error.

Due to this issue, users cannot update activities and sync them to students individual activity manager.
