Incorrect Page Translation After Employee Submit Leave Application (Doc ID 2227552.1)

Symptoms

Employee's user profile set the language to schinese. After submit a leave application the page was translated to manager user profile language.

STEPS:
1. Change Employee User profile Language to Simplified Chinese.
2. Manager User profile language to Japanese
3. Login as Schinese employee and apply absence.
4. Submit absence and verify the page.
