ISSUE

Dialog Performance Forecast report includes people with "Do Not Email" option selected and people with no email address in its Delivered figures.


STEPS

---------------------

Create a dialog with an audience which has a proportion of people with Do Not Email ticked, or with no email address. Enable Track Open Rates.
Make the dialog live and ensure emails have been sent.
Navigate to Dialog Performance Forecast and select the dialog.
Run the report.
Confirm, after launching the interactive report, that the Delivered figure includes those who have Do Not Email ticked, or who have no email, so should not/cannot have had an email sent to them.
