PO 9.1 Brazilian Localization: Unable Inform CCM For Vendor CPF Only (Doc ID 2227803.1)

Symptoms

When the CPF field is filled in the supplier registration, the CCM field is unable.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Select a vendor with CPF
2 - Go to Vendor Complementary Information
3 - CCM field is grey and should be available.
