UCAS Import Causing Out Of Synch CS Messages to CRM and Generate Missing Name Fields (Doc ID 2228378.1)

Symptoms

UCAS import causing out of synch CS messages to CRM and generating Missing Name fields.

The UCAS import generates two(2) PERSON_BASIC_SYNC messages, one which just contains the date of birth and one that contains all the Bio Demo data. As
the smaller message gets created first this is being processed by the integration broker first and creates the person record in CRM with name MissingName, MissingName.

Business Impact:
With currently 3000+ rows affected and the ongoing nature of the messaging this total is growing daily every time the UCAS import is ran.
Unable to use Online Marketing in CRM to contact our applicant,students,alumni as the names in the database are incorrect.
e.g. FirstName is MissingName and LastName is MissingName.
