According to US Federal regulation 5 USC 3109 there is a limit on a daily or an hourly amount how much a resource defined as either a consultant or an expert is allowed to make.
Need to be able to have this included with the Salary Plan setup.

Daily Limit - basic pay, locality pay and premium pay may not exceed a GS 0000 grade 15 step 10
Daily rate calculation: take the annual GS15/10 amount and divided by 2087 hours in a federal year. This gives hourly rate. Multiply by 8 hours to get daily rate.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set Up HCM > Product Related > Compensation > Base Compensation > Salary Grades USF
