Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PUNCHOUT in eProcurement is not working after tools patch upgrade 8.55.11
When going to check out from the third party vendor site back into PeopleSoft, it is taking the user back to the Direct Connect XML Catcher page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The page should return back to PeopleSoft with the cart being viewable and can submit it
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to eProcurement -> Requisition
2. Click to add a item to the cart once being taken to the 3rd party vendor site
3. View the cart
4. Click to submit the cart
5. Redirect back to PeopleSoft, but it is taking us to the Direct Connect XML Catcher page instead of viewing the cart.
BUSINESS IMPACT

No user is allowed to buy items from the 3rd party site into PeopleSoft.
