Call Campaign With Dynamic Audience Not Refreshing

AAF POLICY 'MARKETING AUTO LIST LOAD' DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY
1. Activate the delivered AAF Policy 'Marketing Auto List Load'
2. Create a Campaign that has multiple Activities
When change the Activity status from APPR to EXEC, the system kicks off the RA_LEAD_CRT process which will create Leads for the Audience that is associated to that Activity, result in updating the count in the ‘Assign By Campaign’ for the Telemarketing prospect
The problem is when the policy fires, it does not pick up the right Activity. No matter which activity being selected to change the status, it always picks up the most latest activity to run the RA_LEAD_CRT for.
And the result is when log in as a telemarketing manager TELMGR, and navigate to TeleSales > Manage TeleSales Agents > Assign by Campaign
The activity shows the incorrect number of call remaining, activity 2 call remaining does not updated.
