9.1, 9.2 - Tools 8.55.12 and Tools 8.55.13
EX_DATA_LOAD Running to the following error and cant load any VISA files after tools upgrade to 8.55.12
ERROR :

File Load In Process for c:\temp\VISA.txt (10503,286)
The value of EX_VIS4_02_FLO.VS_DAYS_RENTED is '471575 ', which is longer than EX_VISA02_TA1.VS_DAYS_RENTED. (15,78)
STEPS :
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Travel and expenses > Load external data sources and load any VISA file and note that the process will run to error.
2. Click on the details and message log " Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running" is displayed.
3. Click on view log/trace and the above Error message is displayed.
