Symptoms

When user clicks the links in the Nav Collections page it does not open the external url, but the left navigation Pane is lost

1. Create an Fluid activity guide or Fluid Nav Collection 
2.The page should have an external url hyper link
3. Click on the hyper link it opens the external url, but it opens in the same window so they loose the activity guide page.
