EPY: The Latest Hire Date is Being Looked at Against All Additional Pay Effective Dates (Doc ID 2229747.1)

The latest hire date is being compared against all additional pay effective dates

The Employee was originally hired on 2/26/2007,then terminated, and was rehired on 8/6/2012.

There are 3 different earnings Code in Additional Pay for this employee. Each of the earn codes has a different original (last row) effective date (4/7/2008, 8/6/2012, 1/27/2012)

HR added another row on top for one of the earn codes, with the new effective date of 1/2/17 (the last row Effective date for this particular earn code = 8/6/2012). User gets: Warning message -- "Additional Pay Effective Date precedes Hire Date (2000,555)

The Effective Date on the Additional Pay record is dated earlier than the employee's Hire Date on the Employment Data record.
