System has performance degradation with Prospect Delete by Batch Process.

The process is unusable due to the performance issues that it has. A successful population selection query of 300 rows was used in the Pop Select process for the 'Prospect Delete by Batch'. The prospect delete process did run to success; however, for the 299 students it selected, it takes over 5 hours to run. When reducing the query to only select 100 students, the process took 1.5 hours to run.

Expect the prospect delete by batch process to take much less time to complete.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Student Recruiting > Delete Prospects > Prospect Delete by Batch (AE SAD_PRS_DEL). Select Population Selection, PS Query and enter/select query name.
2. Save run control and click Run, then OK.
3. Go to Prospect Delete Process and select Run, Publish Prospect Delete (EIPPRSDL job - SQR ADPRSDEL and AE SCC_BAT_RPLY), then OK.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users are unable to delete groups of prospects in a timely manner.
