ACA: ALE Member Cannot Be Dropped from Aggregated ALE Group (Doc ID 2230840.1)

Symptoms

There were 3 companies included in an Aggregated ALE Group for 2015 Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting. For 2016, however, there should be no Aggregated ALE Group. In spite of adding Inactive rows dated 1/1/2016 to the Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) who are no longer to be included in the group, when the ACA Data Extract is run for the remaining company, the inactive ones still are reported as members of the ALE Group.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Add rows to the ALE Member table for companies that are being dropped from the Aggregated ALE Group (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Affordable Care Act > ACA ALE Member).
2. Run the ACA Data Extract using the option Extract ALE Employer Data (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ACA Data Extract).
3. View results in ALE Employer Transmittal Data (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Create ACA Form Data > ALE Employer Transmittal Data).
