Program Enrollment - What Is The Release Timeline For Enhancing Student Enrollment Event and Delivering Additional Rules Engine Rules

Qn1:The “Student Enrollment Event” (Integration Broker “sync event” message). The existing documentation for this (from 2013) indicates that it is currently only enabled for drops and states that Oracle will provide further actions in the future. However there does not seem to be any documentation that confirms it has happened. Do you happen to know if this is now enabled for further actions (such as grading)? If not, what is the intended timeline?
Qn2:The 4 delivered sample Rules Engine rules for the APT (excluding Self-Service) are all exclusive to course lists, and they are also all dependent on the “Academic Item Attempt Results” being populated for courses. There does not however appear to be any means of populating Attempt Results based on the enrollment table. PeopleBooks states “Note. The APT Result design is still being finalized and some components of this feature are planned for a future phase”.
A. Will any Program Enrollment functionality be released in 2017 that will populate “Academic Item Attempt Results” based on enrollment?
B. Will any Rules Engine rules be provided that will evaluate (update) whether a “Program of Study” item type is satisfied.
