When Adding An Opportunity, The Partner Section Is Displaying After Selecting A Company Value (Doc ID 2231287.1)

Symptoms

'PARTNER' SECTION APPEARS ON OPPORTUNITY 'DISCOVERY' tab. The partner section should not appear when adding a company to the opportunity. This becomes clear when the user goes to a different sub tab and comes back to the "Discovery" tab and the Partner section is gone.

REPRO STEPS:
1) Log into CRM 9.2
2) Go to: Sales > Add Opportunity
3) Notice that no 'Partner' section is present.
4) Search for a company...and select a company to populate the company field.
Now, the "Partner" section is showing. This is the reported bug. The 'Partner' section should not be present.
5) Go to any other subtab and come back to the "Discover" tab again. Notice that the 'Partner' section is gone.
