PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Absence Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

User is not able to see all the leave edit information which are done on the MSS time sheet. Whenever we forecast a new leave on MSS timesheet, it will insert two records with different transaction numbers into cross reference table. we have 1374, 1375 transaction number got inserted. But in the absence event table, it stores the 1374 transaction number. Whenever a user will come and make edits to his submitted leave then it starts capturing the changes with last transaction number. In this scenario, 1375 is the last transaction number. Since there is a mismatch in the transaction numbers, the history information is not showing properly on the details link page.

Status of the absence does not appear correctly on absence history grid from MSS timesheet.

Status of the absence should appear correctly on absence history grid from MSS timesheet.

Issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to MSS-->Timesheet.
2. Forecast absence and review details link status appears correctly.
3. Submit timesheet.
4. Review details link absence status still appear to be Saved instead of submitted.
