Symptoms

When attempting to created a schedule,

ERROR

Schedule Shifts for Day2 has overlapping time (13502,332)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporters > Assign Work Schedules
2. Add new row to employee for create personal schedule.
3. Update schedule definition
4. Provide below schedule crossing midnight scenario
Off Shift IN BREAK IN LUNCH IN OUT
NO 11:00 PM 12:00 AM 1:00 AM 2:00 AM 3:00 AM 8:00 AM
YES 12:00 AM 12:00 AM

5. When user applies the schedule, its producing a hard error (13502,332).
6. When off shift is provided with overlapping time on 5th day; error does not triggers and schedule gets save.
