On : 9.2 version, Pricing and Rate templates- PC_PRICING not summarizing with Summarization Template -

When pricing out Millions of rows of T&L Data coming into project costing:

Q1 - Is there a way to summarize it before going into billing?

Q2 - Why does the PC_PRICING Summarization template seems to require Resource_ID_From therefore creating a 1-to-1 result on the summarization template?

Q3 - What is the recommended approach to summarize the target BIL data?
