HRHD 360 Degree View Gives Error in the "HR Data" Section (Doc ID 2233764.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:
HR Information section of HRHD 360 Degree View page does not show HR data. Instead shows the following error:
"Integration between CRM and HR application is not setup correctly. Integration Error"

REPRO Steps:
1) Integrate a CRM 9.2 and HCM 9.2 environment so that an Employee sync’s successfully from HCM to CRM (Use PERSON_BASIC_SYNC and WORKFORCE_SYNC)

2) In CRM, activate HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC as a synchronous service...with Outbound from CRM to HCM. 

3) In HCM, activate HD_360_REQUEST_SYNC as a synchronous service...with Inbound from CRM to HCM.
4) Ping all 4 NODES: CRM node and HCM node….Ping both nodes in CRM and both nodes in HCM. Make sure it goes to SUCCESS.
5) Log into CRM 9.2 with VP1/VP1 and navigate to: Main Menu > HRHD 360 Degree View….Open for Antonio Santos (Employee from HR system)
In the “HR Information” section….the error shown is:

"Integration between CRM and HR application is not setup correctly. Integration Error"
