EEX9.2: Unable To Open a New Window When Accessing An Expense Report For Approval (Doc ID 2234213.1)

Symptoms

Unable to open a new Window when accessing an Expense Report from an Approval page.

Steps:
----------

1. Log in as Manager and pull an Expense report to approve. 

2. Click on New Window tab from the same page various errors one time it is
First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member Name.

Approval process 'ERApproval' has no instantiated process with Id 0.

Name:OnInitEvent Statement:30 error occurs on new page and is struck. 

3. This happens even after Navigate to Enterprise Components > Approvals >
Approvals > Approval Process Setup - open latest Effdt ERApproval with Status
= Active and Set the Definition Criteria as:
Criteria Type: Application Class
Root Package ID: EX_APPROVAL_DEFN_CRITERIA
Application Class Path: DefinitionCriteria
