Cannot Approve Requisitions Created in 8.4 Release After Upgrade to 9.2 Image 11 (Doc ID 2235095.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 8.4 to 9.2 Image 11 and PT 8.54.18, when open a requisition created in the 8.4 previous release the system returning the warning message <Do you wish to save the current document? (10250, 336) >
while click on approve button, even though user doesn't perform any action in the component.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the existing requisition ID which is status is Open (Requisition created before upgrade).
2. Click on the Approve tick button.
3. Warning message appears. <Do you wish to save the current document? (10250, 336) >
