E-ES: Adding ElasticSearch Search Definition Using ACM Tool Gives Authorization Error (Doc ID 2235159.1)

Goal

On HCM9.2, PUM20,  PT 8.55.13, ElasticSearch was installed manually and the verification was successful.

Unable to create a new ElasticSerach instance in Peoplesoft environment using ACM Tool.
On configuration of template definition, it says 'Authorization error- Contact your security administrator'
