Symptoms
Supplier registration not rendering properly on Supplier Portal
Steps
1) Navigate to Supplier Portal > Register as New Supplier
2) The formatting of the fields and navigation buttons on the pages has changed and is not as previously designed.
What is working:
The issue is consistent and is reproducible in production environment. The issue is not happening in the non-prod environments
Business Impact: Page is not rendering as designed
