Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
In PeopleSoft Enterprise Campus Solutions Release 9.2, when a user attempts to hover mouse over a category a floating message not displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Floating message should display when user attempts to hover mouse over a category while creating service requests.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Self Service > Research Activities > Service Requests.
2. Click on Create New Request button.
