Pending Exceptions link is displayed on 'Payable Time Summary and Detail Page' in Employee Self-Service when there are outstanding exceptions for the employee. When employee clicks on the link, the page displays 'Allow' checkbox, even though employee should not be permitted to allow their own exceptions.
