CPF Adjustment Report Show '0' For Both Old & New Limit Column in the Report (Doc ID 2237427.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CPF Adjustment report showed '0' for old & new limit column in the report

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CPF report should show the actual limit

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run Nov pay calculation with AWS paid
2.Run Dec pay calculation with AWS paid
3.Payee Message of KS0003 in the month of Dec
4.Run the Create CPF Reporting Data SGP
5.Run the CPF Adjustment Report SGP
New & Old limit column showed on the CPF Adjustment report showed as '0' which user unable to identify the actual limit for the report and defeat the purpose of this report.
