Sender Email ID Is Incorrect For the Email Sent to Requestor When The Approver Puts the PO on Hold (Doc ID 2238681.1)

Symptoms

Issue:-Sender Email ID Is Incorrect For the Email Sent to Requestor When The Approver Puts the PO on Hold

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1. Create a PO and submit it for Approval
2. Login with Approver and click on Hold button
3. Notice the mail triggered to Requester

Observation:-The sender email id is not picked from Generic Template for the mail which is triggered to Requester when PO is put on Hold
