EEX 9.1+: When AMEX GL-1025 File Contains Duplicate Transactions, Valid Transactions Are Not Loaded (Doc ID 2239063.1)

Symptoms

When loading AMEX GL-1025 card transactions using the EX_DATA_LOAD process, the process runs successfully,but a "Duplicate entries exist. The file was already loaded" error is received. The entire file is rejected even if there is a single duplicate transaction.

Steps:

1. Run the EX_DATA_LOAD process for AMEX loading a transaction with duplicate and valid transactions
2. The error above is received.
3. Valid transactions are not loaded.

Error:

Duplicate entries exist. The file has already been loaded. Process Duplicate entries exist. The file was already loaded. (10503,250) ABENDED at Step xxx EX_LOAD_AMEX.EXTRANS (EXTRANS)
