On : 9.2 version, Other

If Sales stage name has an apostrophe , Opportunity History the ‘ shows as #039.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Sales stage @ Setup CRM -> Product Related-> Sales-> Lead and Opportunity -> Sales Process
2. Update Opportunity, Select the new Sales Stage with apostrophe in its name @ Search Opportunity -> by clicking on drop down "List Actions".
3. Open the Opportunity and check in History tab
