Existing Template ID is getting assigned to Newly Created Templates (Doc ID 2239775.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Correspondence Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When sending email from Marketing -> Audience -> Correspondence , the status stays at: Processing/ Merging


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Application and navigate to Main Menu --> Marketing --> Manage Audience
2. Open Existing Audience --> Click on Correspondence tab/page
3. Select Correspondence channel as "Email" and click on "Go" button
4. Fill the Template and submit the email.
5. Correspondence Summary shows the Content = Merging and the Status = Processing.
