AMPI1000 set inventory asset to error after AM_CAPVAL moved from capitalized to non-capitalized asset

We are unable to inventory assets that have been moved from the PS_COST table to the PS_COST_NON_CAP table.  These flipped assets are being selected on PS_RETIRE_CUR_VW and AMPI1000.SQR is marking them as "Result in Error" when generating results (Step 4).

The issue is that the asset in question is being selected in RETIRE_CUR_VW which AMPI1000.SQR uses to error out assets that have been retired.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Capitalization Thresholds (Installation Options)
2. Enable Cap Thresholds at BU level
3. Add cap threshold
4. Associate Cap Threshold with Profile
5. Add Capital Asset with threshold profile
6. Add a location
7. Adjust asset  - Change cost below cap threshold  --> Total cost is now below threshold
8. Run AM_CAPVAL
9. CAPVAL created a retirement row in INTFC_FIN
10. Run AMIF1000
11. Cost has been moved to non-cap table
12. Define an Inventory Occurrence (do not select Enable Mobile Inventory)
13. Enter Criteria  --> Ensure you’re using the same Location that the asset we created earlier is assigned to
14. Enter Transaction Defaults
15. Load/Match/Reconcile
16. Run Steps 1-2 and get the extract file --When you get the extract file, check to make sure the asset you created exists on the file.
17. Then, create and load a scan file that marks the assets as found (O) and Manual Review as (N)
18. Generate Results
19. Review Matching Results  --Click the Result in Error checkbox and click Search
20. This asset will not be inventoried because AMPI1000.SQR considers it Retired.

The issue is that the asset in question is being selected in RETIRE_CUR_VW which AMPI1000.SQR uses to error out assets that have been retired.
