Page layout issues and other issues in the following Grants components

Main Menu > Grants > Awards > Project Budget Inquiry
Main Menu > Grants > Institutions > Certifications/Compliance
Main Menu > Grants > Professionals > Job and Employment Data
Main Menu > Grants > Professionals > Licenses / Certifications
Main Menu > Grants > Sponsors > General Information


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Page layout should be proper and functionality should work properly with respect to display/message boxes etc.

STEPS
-----------------------
Navigate to these pages and observe some layout and message box issues when working on these pages.

1. Main Menu > Grants > Proposals > Maintain Proposal

The "OK/ Cancel / Refresh" buttons are not properly aligned to the center in the pop up windows 
Under "Attachments" tab on clicking the Add icon, the file location field is not properly aligned. Browse button is replaced with Choose File button.

2. Main Menu > Grants > Awards > Project Budget Inquiry 
Budget Item column and the Activity column under Budget Lines tab are not differentiated 
Budget Item column and the Journal Id column under GL Info tab are not differentiated 
Budget Item column and the C/S column under &Posted, FA, C/S Info tab are not differentiated 

3. Main Menu > Grants > Institutions > Certifications/Compliance
Under "Sponsor Info" tab, the Comments button is not fully viewed in the details row 

4. Main Menu > Grants > Professionals > Licenses / Certifications
The search results of the Employee ID does not hyperlink the Name and the Last Name column data

5. Main Menu > Grants > Sponsors > General Information
When the page is under "Find an Existing Value" tab, the bottom "Find an Existing Value" link is hyperlinked upon placing the cursor. Similar issue occurs under "Add a New Value" tab
