The ACA Merge error ABENDED at Step ACA_MERGE.P40-MEMC.Step090 after applying Patch 25429473 with the following error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patchset 25429473
2) Run ACA Data Extract (Benefits> ACA Annual Processing> Create ACA Form Data> ACA Data Extract
3) Add employee merge data for box 14/16. Navigation: Benefits, ACA Annual Processing, Create ACA Form Data, Review Employee Data Load. (CI_ACA_EMPDATA_SR)
4) Add employee data for Box 15. Navigation: Benefits, ACA Annual Processing, Create ACA Form Data, Review Employee amount Load. (CI_ACA_EMPMDATA_SRC)
5) Run the Merge process. (Navigation: Benefits, ACA Annual Processing, Create ACA Form Data, Merge Other Data Sources
