E-PORTAL - Proxied checkbox in Web Profile Caused HRMS Pay Check Error Out When Accessing From Interaction Hub Through SSO (Doc ID 2240987.1)

Symptoms

Issue statement:

Starting from the Integration Hub, user attempts to retrieve the PDF file for HRMS View Paycheck. The open of PDF file fails with a redirect to HCM in a new tab and a 404 error.
However, when using the direct link, user can navigate to the View Paycheck request and successfully get the PDF file.

Replication Steps:
-------------------------
1) Login to Interaction Hub

2) Navigation to My Pay > View My Pay > View Paycheck (with PDF button checked).

Error that user see:

An error has occurred. You may attempt to sign in again..
