Symptoms
HC_HRS_APPLICANT and HC_HRS_APP_INDEX crawls fail when crawling FTP documents.
Not all documents throw an error, but the documents that do error have the following error messages:
EQP-80309: Exception while opening a stream to the URI
EQP-60309: Exception encountered when accessing item
ERROR
-----------------------
EQP-60309: Exception encountered when accessing item "FTP URL"
EQP-60307: Error when processing item "HTTP URL"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run HC_HRS_APPLICANT and HC_HRS_APP_INDEX
2. Indexes fail when crawling FTP documents with errors
