E-SEC: Desktop Single Signon: Not Able To Log In Into PeopleSoft On A Single Windows Account On A Specific Workstation (Doc ID 2241307.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to log in into PeopleSoft from any PeopleSoft user account in any Browser while logged into windows workstation from a specific AD Windows account (AD - Active Directory), however if another AD account logs into this same workstation then that user or any other PeopleSoft user can authenticate via PIA in any Browser type on that same machine. This issue only negatively impacts authenticating into Production environment however access to the Test Environment is functioning properly. The negatively impacted AD account can properly authenticate as desired from any other workstation on the network. SSO, LDAP, Default User (PIA) are not in use. The Browser cache has been cleared on all Browsers. It is unclear if there are AD parameters (GPO's) applied to this user or if other users in the same AD groups have this issue.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to authenticate into PIA.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Browser and proceed to PeopleSoft login page
2. Attempt to login = Unable to login

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, individual users cannot use PeopleSoft in the Production environment from this workstation while this particular AD account has logged onto the network.
