ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In IE 11 Line info 2 page for standard bill entry has overlap check box and Use Effective Dated Price on Recurring Bills. Same does not overlap in Firefox or Chrome.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No field should overlap using any browser.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- IN IE 11 enter bill and go to line info page 2.
