Symptoms
ISSUE
Fluid Approvals page EOAWMA_MAIN_FL items have unresolved data in format %RECORD.FIELDNAME%
Example:
Absence: %HGA_NAME_VW.NAME_DISPLAY%
ePerformance: %EP_APPR_SUM_VW.NAME%
Click the item and go to the page EOAWMA_TXNHDTL_FL
See Error: "A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details."
Logs show the following error:

Return: 942 - ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

REPLICATION
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login and go to MSS > note that the count of Approvals appears to be correct
2. click Approvals Tile
3. observe that the listing of approval items contains " %#####%" for items, appearing to be variables for the fields
e.g. %HRS_JOBOPEN_VW3.HRS_JOB_OPENING_ID%
