ABMGT: Admin Approval Of Self Service Absence Generates Rework Email

Absence Management 9.2
Admin approved self service absence generates two e-mails: one indicates the absence has been approved and the other that the absence needs rework.
This causes confusion among the users.
1. Employees enter self service absence requests.
2. Absence administrator approves the absence. (one or many)
3. Approval is successful, but employees receive both an e-mail indicating the e-mail has been approved and another indicating the absence requires rework (in other words they receive the e-mail usually associated with an event that has been pushed back)
