E-PORTAL: How Do We Access Queries From Target Content DBs From Interaction Hub?

The customer has the following scenario.
Interaction Hub 9.1 P2 on PeopleTools 8.55.12 set up to work with our FSCM and HCM databases.
Both FSCM and HCM are on application release 9.2 - FSCM is on image 19, HCM is on image 21 - and tools release 8.55.12.
When logged into Interaction Hub,
Q1 ) How do we access queries from the target databases?
The query manager under the Interaction Hub Reporting Tools folder only shows queries built within Interaction Hub.
Q2) Do we need to access the Query Manager under the Financials unified navigation to access financials queries, access the query manager under HCM for those queries and access the query manager under IH to access IH queries?
Q3) Is there any way to access all target content queries, FIN, HR and IH, from one location?
We are trying to avoid having our end users need to know which target application they need to access - so they wouldn't have to click into financials to get financials queries.
