ICSID Error
Transactions intermittently fail, ICSID value is invalid in the WebLogic log but is valid when sent to WebLogic from LoadRunner. The issue is that any time there is a "+" in the ICSID value, it is replaced by a blank space character, which renders it as invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Performing Load Testing from an HP LoadRunner to a Load Balancer with a Peoplesoft Weblogic Server.
2. When an ICSID value contains a "+" it is replaced by a "blank space" rendering it invalid.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, whenever the error occurs, the user is immediately logged off as a security precaution.
