In CS 9.2 Image 4, Service Indicators or Holds That Have End Dates in the Past Are Displayed Under Holds in the Student Center

In the Student Center of Campus Solutions 9.2 Image 4, expired holds that have end dates in the past are showing up under Holds section.

Holds with end dates older than current date are not displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Identify a student that has old service indicators with an end date prior to today's date.
2. Navigate to Self Service > Student Center.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, students may contact an administrative office to ask why they have holds on their account.
