On Search Solutions Grid No Action Takes Place After Clicking On Yes Or No Button (Doc ID 2242514.1)

On : 9.1 version, Other

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No action is been taken place when we click on the Yes/ No Button(s) @Main Menu-> Employee Self Service -> HR Helpdesk -> Search Solutions -> "Frequently Used" tab


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main menu >> Employee Self Service >> HR Help Desk >> Search Solutions
2. Go to Frequently used Tab
3. Click on Choose Product and select the product, solution search grid appears
4. On the Solution search grid, click on yes or no buttons

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

-----------------------
When Yes is clicked a row should be inserted in the Record: PS_RC_SOLN_ATMT_SS., how ever this record can not be accessible from PIA.
