GP UK - Opt Out After Re-enrolment Not Working

Symptoms

When trying to process an opt out since re-enrolment the process is not capturing the information

Trying to process an opt out for employee that has been auto re-enrolled but the process is not capturing it.
Although the message log shows a value against the number of employees opted out after re-enrolment, there is not output (when run in 'trial' mode) which confirms this.
