EBI 9.2: Billing Worksheet Update Process ABENDED At Step BI_WRKSHTUPD.AddHdr.AddHdr (Doc ID 2243328.1)

On : 9.2 PUM 18 version,
When attempting to run billing worksheet update batch process it fails with the following error occurs.

ABENDED at Step BI_WRKSHTUPD.AddHdr.AddHdr

unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_BI_WNHDR_TAO7) violated Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PS_BI_WNHDR_TAO7


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bring data from contracts and run billing worksheet update batch.

Abend only happens when try to group the invoices that are being approved. If that is not checked on the runcontrol,
each temp invoice creates one real invoice (or adds to invoice specified in worksheet). Problem occurs when have multiple bill by in the approval and
some of the customers have multiple invoices that can be grouped. The bill by id is not being checked when selecting the invoices only the group by
clause from the bill by fields is used so selects invoices from multiple bill by ids.

Cannot approve worksheet using batch process.
